Condensate Recovery System (CRS)
The condensate Recovery System (CRS) ensures steam savings in plants, reducing costs by 10% and 15%.
Water Pre-Heater (WPH)
The aim of WPH is to recover the heat from the boiler flue gas, which increases the thermal efficiency of the boiler by reducing the useful heat loss in the flue gas.
3. Air Pre-Heater (APH)
An Air Preheater is a device installed alongside the boiler to heat air before another process in order to increase the thermal efficiency of the process.
Induced Draft Fan (I.D.)
The primary objective of the I. D. Fan is to remove flue gases from the combustion chambers and creates a vacuum of negative air pressure with a blower to suck the air out of the combustion chamber.
Forced Draft Fan (F.D.)
The Forced Draft Fan ( F. D. Fan ) is mainly used to deliver pressurized air supply to the air preheater. It gives off positive pressure within a system.
